The Solheim Cup is selling grounds passes, which is a different product offering than what Jet Set Sports and CoSport will be offering.

A fixed rate of exchange is applied to provide consistent pricing throughout the sales period (approximately April 2022-September 2023). Although the currency conversion rates may differ from the respective exchange rate reported today in publications of record, this same rate will be applied in the calculation of sale prices unless extreme currency fluctuation necessitates revision at CoSport’s discretion.

Credit/Debit Card and Wire Transfer are the only methods of payment accepted by CoSport. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Requests for wire transfers are only accepted for payments over $50,000 (USD) or the equivalent.
CoSport transactions on your bank statement will appear as follows:

A nominal shipping fee may be incurred if customers want to have their hospitality pass packages delivered to their mailing address of record on their CoSport or Jet Set Sports account.

Travel arrangements to/from Malaga are not included as a part of any Jet Set Sports / CoSport products. You should plan to secure airline tickets and proper documentation yourself (passport, trip insurance and a visa, if needed). Also plan for hotel incidentals and personal expenses during their trip.

Dedicated guest transport is included in our hotel + hospitality pass packages. For customers purchasing hospitality pass packages, a parking pass is included with every 4 passes you purchase for your convenience.

Guest registration applies to all Hotel and Hospitality Pass Package reservations. This process is used to establish the end users of the package and to collect essential guest information needed to deliver your package. During Guest Registration you may specify dietary needs, preferred bed configuration, special preferences, emergency contacts, travel arrangements, etc. within the online Guest Registration system. Note that the fulfillment of special requests indicated in your Guest Registration are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Guest Registration will close on or about August 17, 2023. All guest information must have been submitted by that time in order for special requests/services as noted in the package description to be considered by CoSport. Information entered into Guest Registration is kept in complete confidence and is accessible with respect to CoSport’s Privacy Policy.

“Hotel and Hospitality Pass Package” orders are subject to a 5-business day change/cancellation policy from the time of purchase, in which CoSport must be notified via email regarding the change/cancellation. After the 5-business day period has elapsed, all sales are final. At that point, package purchasers are only eligible to change from one Hotel & Tickets Package to another of equal or higher value subject to availability.
