Attending the Solheim Cup is unlike attending any other event. Before you make a purchase on www.cosport.com, please carefully review these important tips.  

Eligible to purchase through CoSport?
All residents worldwide are eligible to purchase hospitality pass packages and hotel & hospitality pass packages via www.cosport.com with a valid Jet Set Sports / CoSport customer account.

Purchasing Tips
In order to purchase packages, you must first create an account on www.cosport.com or on www.jetsetsports.com

Hospitality Pass Packages, Hotel and Hospitality Packages and Accommodations Only Purchases: If Bill-To Information is different from the Account Holder’s information, Account Holder may need to complete transfer authorization Form and return it to CoSport within 10 business days from the day of purchase in order to complete the purchase.

Payment Methods
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept AMEX, VISA, or MASTERCARD. For purchases over $50,000 USD you can request wire transfer method in advance. For wire transfer payments, please contact us prior to completing your order.

Product Availability and Inclusions
All products are only available for purchase online through www.cosport.com or www.jetsetsports.com . All available products and quantities are displayed on www.cosport.com and www.jetsetsports.com  

Packages are sold as complete offerings on a first-come, first-served basis, and are not customizable. Wait list or product availability alert options are not available – please regularly visit www.cosport.com or www.jetsetsports.com for the latest information on available packages.

Guests will be responsible for their own arrangements for travel to/from the Host City including all necessary travel documents. 

Shipping & Collection
Hospitality Pass Packages and Hotel &Ticket Packages will be shipped approximately 3-4 weeks before the event.

Shipping: Hospitality Pass Packages will ONLY be shipped to the Bill to address shown on the CoSport / Jet Set Sports order.

Event Tickets / passes included in Hotel & Hospitality Pass Packages will not be shipped and will be available to the registered primary guest upon hotel check-in on package arrival day. 

Mind the Logistics
It is better to plan ahead. Should program revisions be necessary to your itinerary, the staff at CoSport and Jet Set Sports will be able to offer very limited assistance during the event so please provide any requested changes at least 10 days prior to the event.
